• Facility for pneumatic (up to 400 bar) and hydro-test (up to 50 bar) pressure

• In house radiography enclosure, copper slag blasting and painting (airless/conventional spray) method

• Certified Welding Engineers + 4 Level 2 ASNT QA QC Engineers

We have an established fabrication procedure and proper project management tools. All jobs are given unique Project codes, based on which ordering of material, and tracking is done. Each project first is assigned a team and a Project engineer, and we introduce them to the client. We then prepare the design drawings, get it approved internally by Project, Quality and Production teams before submitting it to the client.

Following this a customised Quality Assurance Plan is prepared and sent to client for approval.
